One of the country's leading motor sports commentators and presenters, Jonathan Green specialises in Formula One, Speedway, Super Bikes and Grand Prix Motorcycles. He also has extensive experience presenting football, cricket and rugby.
Last year he completed his sixth year of presenting Speedway on Sky Sports, while also reporting on the British Superbikes for Sky Sports. He is also the voice of the World Superbike Series.
Jonathan presented and commentated on the recent Formula One Digital Platform for Sky Sports, as well as anchoring the ABC Sports USA Live Coverage of Formula One through F.O.M.
Educated in England and the USA, Jonathan started his working life as a journalist and news reporter on both sides of the Atlantic, before moving from news to sports. In 1990, Jonathan joined the newly-formed BSB as a Sports presenter and reporter on their flagship show "Sportsdesk". A year later, he joined another start-up channel, Star TV in Asia, which was later
taken over by Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation. He became the station's lead presenter, alongside Brian Langley, presenting Formula One,
MotoGP motorcycles, NBA Basketball, World Superbikes, the Winter Olympics, Grand Slam Tennis and World Cup Rugby. Gradually his emphasis moved into motorsports. At the end of 1997, he moved back to the UK to concentrate on motorsports.
In 1998 he did a full season with ESPN in the USA as their Formula One on-side pit reporter and presenter and he formed his own production company "Green Inc", executive producing F1 VNRs, the Macau and Korean F3 events and the Asian Festival of Speed, now aired in the UK.

Jonathan Green continues to be the voice of the international Grand Prix Speedway series, on behalf of BSI/IMG, one of the biggest sports production companies in the world. With 11 Grand Prix worldwide, Jonathan commentates and voices the international magazine show which is broadcast throughout the season.

Now in its 11th year, Motorsport Asia and the Asian Festival Of Speed is the biggest international motor racing series in the Asian region. As Head of Television Jonathan Green has helped shape the current 40 hours of broadcast output shown worldwide. The Festival includes 7 different motor racing series from the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia to Formula BMW Pacific.
