Rick Moore began his editing career in the Soho facility houses, honing his skills particularly at Molinare. In the late 90s he moved to Sky where he quickly became one of their top senior editors, working on every aspect of Sky's output including promos, sport and movies using Avid Online and Offline systems and Sony digital edit suites.
It was during this time that he met Nick Kennerley who was producing "The Football Quiz", and the two of them struck up a good working rapport. Rick soon introduced some of the elements he had been
experimenting with on After Effects to the quiz. The following season Rick redesigned the look of the show including making new titles, coming up with imaginative ideas on how to improve it on a very tight budget. It's fair to say that Rick has now become a master of graphic design as well as a talented editor.
Most recently Rick's creative skills have been seen on Channel 4's skiing and snowboarding programmes, where he was responsible for structuring and editing two long form shows a week to a tight deadline as well as designing and creating titles and programme graphics in After Effects for the series. In 2004 he joined Green Inc as the third partner and is very much the technical wizard of the company. He is also a songwriter and live performer, experienced in sequencing and recording with local bands. He cites his other interests as Asian cookery, cinema and travel.
